Yes, we ship all over the world. We are very proud to be able to offer free shipping worldwide.  

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in North America will take 3-9 business days to arrive.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-20 days business days.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. In the United-States we use USPS. Canada we use Canada Post and overseas we use your local postal service. 

If your  order is trackable, you will receive a tracking number automatically on the email provided at checkout. In your order confirmation, you can consult the status of your order at any time. 

If you have received the wrong item or a damaged product please let us know within 48 hours upon receipt. Please provide us with pictures of the damaged goods. We always need grooves to file a claim at postal services. We will be sending a new products within days. 

Yes, you absolutely can! Contact us at info@drippinjewellery.com within 48 hours upon receipt. There is a 5$ charge for processing and shipping of the new package. We will invoice you through the email provided in your order. 

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours upon reception at info@drippinjewellery.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
